WIP - Masters Level 1 – Swatch 2 done… after I frogging 3 x’s. Working on a pair of socks – shorty – for my friend whos’s having Chemo weekly. I wanted to make her a hat. She requested socks to keep her feet warm during Chemo. I also cast on another “baby hat”.
What I’m Doing – Tomorrow I have Knitting Guild and a baby shower at the same time ?!!?!!.
What Audio Books I’m Listening To - I just finished “KnitTwo” the second book by Kate Jacob. 4*. set. “The Keepsake” by Tess Tess Gerritsen 5*, the book that TNT Rizzoli and Iles comes from , “One Amazing Thing” Chitra Divakaruni 4* about survivors of an earthquake. “The Help” by Kathyn Stockette, 5*.
“South of Broad” by Pat Conroy. Very Very Good A friend sent me her assortment of audio books that she’s read for the last year. I have some good listening for the weekend and plan on working on the next swatch for Masters.
What’s on my Bed Stand – “Safely Home” by Randy Alcorn. Hmm I keep falling asleep,
Weather - Cloudy skies with a few showers tonight. Low around 55F. Winds light and variable. Chance of rain 30%. Anchorage’s coldest summer. If a drop of rain falls today we will have tied the record for the most consecutive rainy days. Go figure…. 31 days of rain
