The neck warmers are make with fleece. I went to joanann's and bought a pillow kit that was on sale for 1.50 and cut strips the length and width I wanted I think I made 6 from one kit. I bought the flax seed at a Mill store here in anchorage that sell pet supplies .. you can use "cracked corn" also, and it usually doesn't pop in the microwave.
